Police responded to the 1100 block of S. Jefferson for a keep the peace call.
June 13
Luke A. Moreland, age 34 of St. James, was arrested in the 100 block of N. Jefferson for a Rolla Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of No Proof Of Insurance. He was also arrested for a Crawford County warrant for Possession Of A Controlled Substance. Moreland was subsequently issued a St. James Municipal Court summons for Possession Of A Controlled Substance and incarcerated in the Phelps County Jail in lieu of bond for the warrants.
Police responded to the dock area of Country Mart in reference to several subjects prowling around that area. Contact was made with 3 adult males and 2 juvenile females. Joshua L. Swyers, age 17 of St. James, was subsequently arrested for Possession Of A Controlled Substance (Marijuana). Swyers was issued a St. James Municipal Court summons and released. Both female subjects, due to their violation of curfew, were released to their parents.
Everett R. Roark, age 23 of St. James, was arrested in the 600 block of W. James Blvd. for a St. James Municipal Court warrant for Failure To Appear on an original charge of Domestic Assault. He was transported to the Phelps County Jail where he was incarcerated in lieu of $280.00 cash or surety bond.

Police responded to the St. James Tourist Information Center to assist ambulance.
Police responded to the 300 block of N. Jefferson for a report of Tampering With A Vehicle.
June 15
Police responded to Mobil On The Run for a Leave Without Pay. The officer made contact with the subject who returned and paid for the fuel.
June 16
Police responded to the 600 block of E. Eldon to assist ambulance.
Police took a report for a stealing that occurred in the 700 block of E. Springfield.
Police responded to the St. James Tourist Information Center for an alarm sounding.
A traffic accident occurred at Mobil On The Run parking lot, involving a 1998 Ford Ranger driven by Matthew Brozovich, St. James, and a 2008 Honda Civic being driven by Eliza Boerter (McCray), Fort Wayne, Indiana. No injuries were reported.
Police responded to the 196 mile marker of I-44 to assist a motorist.
Police were dispatched to a residence on St. Ann for a domestic disturbance. Both parties were issued summonses for Domestic Assault 3rd and the 12 Hour Rule was invoked.
