One of the most popular spots to visit in Missouri is Maramec Spring Park.
This is especially true on Oct. 9 and 10 during the Old Iron Works Days.
During these two days, more than 100 crafters will be demonstrating 40 different crafts of the 1860’s era. You can learn how to make sorghum molasses, arrowheads, pottery, etc. and participate in numerous education and fun craft activities.
There will be live entertainment each day. The Yadkin Creek and Open Range Bluegrass Bands will be filling the valley with their music. The Ozark Spirit Cloggers will be dancing on the stage.
Bring your family and friends with you. The only cost to you is $15 for a whole carload. We’ll leave the gates open for you. For further information, please call 573 265-7124, Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
