The First Church of God at 615 West James Blvd is excited to announce there are two options for Sunday morning worship services.
On Sept. 19 we begin a new venture in the life of our church and invite you to join us.
At 8:15 a.m. we begin the first service. This is a traditional service with hymns accompanied by the piano and organ and a morning message. Nursery is available at this as well as Sunday School and the Contemporary Service.
The Sunday School hour will begin at 9:30 a.m. No matter which worship service you decide to attend, we encourage you to join us for this time of study, prayer and fellowship. Sunday School is for everyone of all ages.
At 10:45 a.m. the Contemporary Worship Service begins. This service includes a praise team and worship band with choruses and again a morning message. In addition to the nursery our children’s ministry’s Toddler’s Church and Children’s Church are in session. Toddler’s Church and Children’s Church will only meet at the 10:45 a.m. service.
The First Church of God invites you to come worship with us. You are welcome and loved and we want you to experience what we have. The saying goes….“Try it, you might just like it.”
