Chester Raymond Steen, of Belle, died March 14 at the Harry S. Truman Veterans Hospital in Columbia. He was 87. Chester was born on June 5, 1922, in Phelps County.
He is the son of the late John Logan and Orpha Mae White Steen.
Services for Chester were held March 16 from the Liberty Church of Christ in Belle, Mo. Internment was in Oak Forest Cemetery.
