Clarence Raymond Broccard of St. James passed away Feb. 2 at the Phelps County Regional Medical Center. He was 95 years of age.
Clarence Broccard was born on Nov. 22, 1914 in St. James to his parents: Jean Julien and Jeanne' Ludavine (Moret) Broccard.
Clarence Broccard was in state from 6-8 p.m. Feb. 3 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James.
Services for Clarence Broccard were conducted at 10 a.m. Feb. 4 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James with Rick Mosher officiating. Pallbearers were family and friends. Burial was in the St. James Cemetery.
