Funeral services for Charles Oscar Breuer were held at 10 a.m. Dec. 8 at Joy Lutheran Church, Richmond, Texas with Pr. B.A. “Tim” Christ officiating. Interment folloed in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg.
