Funeral Service for William Shelley Mathes of Salem, MO was held Monday, October 13, 2008 at the Salem Chapel of the James & Gahr Mortuary. Interment will be in the Boss Cemetery, Boss, Missouri.

William Shelly Mathes passed away October 9, 2008 at the age of 82 years. Survivors include: Children; Mike Mathes and wife, Peggy of Salem, MO, Pat Sheppard and husband, Phil of Union, MO, Sharon Burgdorf and husband, Roy of St. Louis, MO, Nelda Mathes of St. Louis, MO, Steve Mathes of St. Louis, MO, Gail Vandegriff and husband, Brian of Washington, MO, Les Mathes and wife, Patsy of Bixby, MO and Sam Mathes and wife, Anna of St. Louis, MO. Sisters:
Barb Parsons of Bixby, MO, Helen Hertl of St. Louis, MO, Gail Barton and husband, Dwight of St.
Louis, MO, Faye Becker of St. Louis, MO, Betty Rehbien and husband, Kenny of St. Louis, MO and Joan Simmons of Salem, MO. 13 Grandchildren and 15 Great - Grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and Friends.
