Dorothy Maxine Meurer of St. James passed away at the Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla, Mo. on Dec. 14, 2009. Dorothy was 72 years and two months of age.
Visitation for Dorothy was from 5 - 8 p.m. on Dec. 16 at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel in St. James.
Funeral services were conducted on Dec. 17 at 11 a.m. at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James with Jerry Baumann officiating. Pallbearers were Dennis Foust, Donnie Foust, Jeff Glenn, Ronnie Morehouse, Gene Claus, and Les Clancy. Music was provided by Stephen Brubaker: ‘How Great Thou Art’ and ‘Amazing Grace.’ Burial was in the family plot in the Oak Grove Cemetery in rural St. James.
