Cecil Leon Breeding passed away peacefully at sunrise on Dec. 25, 2009 at his home in Vichy after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was 65.

Visitation for family and friends was from 5-7 p.m. on Dec. 27 at James & Gahr Mortuary in Rolla.  Funeral services were conducted at 10 a.m. on Dec. 28 at James & Gahr Mortuary in Rolla with Rev. Gary Lane and Rev. Terry Brady officiating.  Burial was in the family plot at the Macedonia Cemetery in rural Phelps County.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Phelps County Hospice or the Vichy Community Church.  Cards are available at all James & Gahr locations.
