The Tigers are slated to participate in the Sullivan Jamboree on Friday. It’s the first time since the jamboree scrimmages began in the 1990s that St. James has been in Rolla. Due to its natural turf, Rolla has dropped its jamboree.

Sullivan High School, on its synthetic turf, will host six teams for its jamboree, which will begin at 6 p.m. Friday. There will be two groups of three schools on each side of the field.

On one side of the field St. James, Sullivan and Houston will scrimmage against each other while on the other side of the field Rolla, Salem and Pacific will go at it.

In the jamboree each school will run 18 offensive plays and 18 defensive plays against each of the other two schools.
