Elaine Skaggs of St. James passed away quietly at her home on Thursday evening Aug. 26, 2010, with her family at her side. She was 94 years of age.
Elaine Skaggs was born Aug. 27, 1916 in St. Louis, Mo., the daughter of the late Arthur Charles and Elizabeth Klements Holman.
Elaine Skaggs was in state Sunday from 5-8 p.m. Aug. 29, 2010 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James.
Funeral services were conducted 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 30, 2010 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James with Mick Thrasher, Troy Hart and Glenn Skaggs officiating. Pallbearers were grandsons. Burial was in the family plot at the Hickory Grove Cemetery near Vichy.
Memorial may be given to Phelps Regional Hospice.
